Carolyn
Registered Dental Hygienist
With over ten years of dental experience, Carolyn still loves dental hygiene. She is passionate about the comprehensive care that she provides. Carolyn enjoys getting to know our patients and their families while offering a gentle touch, positive results and individualized care. She helps keep our patients' smiles clean and healthy. Carolyn is married with a stepson and enjoys living in beautiful Sonoma County. She spends her free time reading, running and playing golf.
Moriah
Registered Dental Hygienist
Moriah is one of our friendly dental hygienists, helping to educate our patients on good oral health and making sure they leave our office with a clean, bright smile. She is kind and gentle and loves making personal connections with each of her patients. Moriah enjoys working with Dr. Phillips because of his great sense of humor and his light-hearted attitude. She lives in Santa Rosa and loves spending time with her boyfriend, Jim, and his daughter, Jocelyn. In her free time she enjoys biking, playing golf, hiking, and cooking.
Rochelle
Registered Dental Assistant
Rochelle, one of Dr. Phillips' registered dental assistants, has more than fifteen years of experience. She loves dentistry and caring for people and is a pleasure to be around. Rochelle enjoys getting to know our patients and providing exceptional care for all of their dental needs. She was born in St. Helena and settled in Santa Rosa in 1996. In her free time, Rochelle loves reading and movies, and she adores her cats, Spencer and Sweet Pea. She recently expanded her family to include her husband, Andy, and their dog, Cole.
Lisa
Registered Dental Assistant
Lisa was introduced into the dental field at a young age as her father is a retired general dentist. She completed dental assisting school in 1996 and then went on to earn a B.S. in Computer Information Systems. Lisa is very happy to be a part of our team and is excited to be able to utilize both her dental experience and education in computers to provide excellent care and assist in creating healthy smiles for our patients. She loves living in Sonoma County and in her free time enjoys playing golf, softball, kayaking and movies.
Marcia
Treatment Coordinator / Financial Administrator
Marcia possesses a comprehensive knowledge of dental benefits and enjoys creating a positive financial experience for patients. She comes to us with years of experience. In fact, she started in the dental field as an assistant before having children! Her favorite thing about working in dentistry is interacting and building relationships with the patients, and of course spending time with the other team members! A native of San Francisco, Marcia lives in Santa Rosa with her husband. When she is not at the office, she enjoys entertaining and spending time with family and friends.
Katrina
Treatment Coordinator
Katrina enjoys being at the front desk greeting patients, answering phones, confirming appointments, and assisting Marcia with scheduling and billing. She loves getting to know each patient that comes to PFDC and helping them with any questions they may have. Katrina enjoys working with Dr. Phillips because of his commitment to quality dentistry and his wonderful sense of humor. She is married to Doug and they have two children, Dylan and Megan. Katrina spends her free time cooking, gardening and spoiling her two cats, Dash and Ella.
Sherry Phillips
Business Manager
Our business manager, Sherry, has many years of experience in dentistry and management. While attending California State University, Sacramento, she met Justin Phillips. They were married in 1992, and three weeks after the wedding, they moved to Omaha, Nebraska, for Justin to attend Creighton University School of Dentistry. Sherry finished her Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Business Management at the University of Nebraska in Omaha.
Sherry joined Phillips Family Dental Care in 1996, and can be seen working in many capacities in the office. Sherry and Dr. Phillips have two children, and she is actively involved with both of their daughters' troops, including being a Girl Scout Leader for the past four years.
