Wendy, Registered Dental Hygienist

Wendy joined our team with excellent credentials. She started in the dental field over 10 years ago as a dental assistant and was trained by some of the best. After finding her love for dentistry, a new dental hygiene program opened at SRJC and she was in the second graduating class. Wendy is married, has two daughters, and she loves being an instructor to the current hygiene students one-day per week. Her family also includes a dog, Dottie (a pug) and Gizmo, a Persian cat.

Carolyn, Registered Dental Hygienist

Carolyn started out at the University of Iowa with a major in Psychology, but after transferring to Arizona, she found that a career in dentistry was a better match for her. Now with nearly 10 years of dental experience under her belt, Carolyn still loves dental hygiene. She is passionate about the comprehensive care that she provides her patients. Carolyn offers a gentle touch, positive results and individualized care. Carolyn is married with a stepson and enjoys living in beautiful Sonoma County.

Mandy, Registered Dental Hygienist

Mandy grew up in the Central Valley but love and a wonderful built in family brought her to beautiful Sonoma County.  From a professional standpoint, she looks forward to continuing to excel in providing patients and the community with preventative care, comfortable periodontal treatment, and the educational tools people need to maintain their dental health.  Just as importantly, she looks forward to meeting each of you, learning your story and providing you a familiar smile!

Rochelle, Registered Dental Assistant

Rochelle, one of Dr. Phillips' registered dental assistants, has nearly a decade of experience. She loves dentistry and caring for people.  She is a pleasure to be around. Rochelle was born in St. Helena and settled in Santa Rosa in 1996. In her free time, Rochelle loves reading and movies, and she adores her cats, Spencer and Sweet Pea.

Melissa, Registered Dental Assistant

Melissa, one of Dr. Phillips’ registered dental assistants, was born and raised in Santa Rosa. She earned an A.S. degree and her certificate for dental assisting from SRJC. She is married to her high school sweetheart and has two adorable boys. She loves camping and spending time with her family.

Marcia, Treatment Coordinator / Financial Administrator

Marcia, a native of San Francisco, lives in Santa Rosa with her husband. She comes to us with years of experience. In fact, she started in the dental field as an assistant before having children and now she's a Grandma. She possesses a comprehensive knowledge of dental benefits, and enjoys creating a positive financial experience for you. When Marcia is not at the office, she enjoys entertaining and spending time with family and friends.

Sherry Phillips, Business Manager

Our business manager, Sherry Phillips, has many years of experience in dentistry and management.  While attending California State University, Sacramento, she met Justin Phillips at a 21st birthday party in Davis. Justin received many acceptance letters from dental schools, so Sherry and Justin made plans to visit the schools together. They were married in 1992, and three weeks after the wedding, they moved to Omaha, Nebraska, for Justin to attend Creighton University School of Dentistry. Sherry finished her Bachelor degree with a focus in Business Management at the University of Nebraska in Omaha.

Sherry joined Phillips Family Dental Care in 1996, and you will see Sherry working in many capacities in the office.  Sherry’s other very important job is being the mother to her two children.
