Do you accept new patients?

While widely regarded as one of the most respected dental practices in the North Bay, Dr. Justin Phillips still enjoys meeting and treating new patients.   We are always looking forward to new patients so we can provide the same excellent level of dentistry we provide to our existing patients.

Do you accept my insurance plan?

Many patients ask if we take their dental insurance. If you have the freedom to choose the dentist you go to, you are fortunate and we will work with your dental plan. If your dental plan specifies that you need to go to a doctor on a particular list, check to see if you have the option of using out-of-network benefits. We partner with our patients to help maximize their dental benefits. As a courtesy, we will bill your dental plan for you. We ask that the patient pay the estimated portion the dental plan is not going to cover for dental services at the time of the service.

Our mission is to provide you with excellent dentistry in a comfortable, hi-tech environment, with the help of a professional and caring staff.  Dr. Justin Phillips has over a decade of experience and skill in dentistry.  You will find the staff extremely talented, caring, and very friendly.  The office, which was remodeled a few years ago, includes televisions in each treatment room and other comforts to ensure your visit is a pleasant one.

How does the doctor keep up-to-date on all of the current techniques and materials?

Dentistry is constantly changing with new materials and techniques. Procedures have become faster and more comfortable with longer-lasting results. Dr. Phillips keeps up with all the latest advances in dental care. He attends continuing education courses every month, and is constantly reading professional dental journals. Dr. Phillips and staff are alumni of the Pride Institute, a prestigious learning center for management skills.  The institute teaches a renewed focus on communication and increased efficiency with new techniques, cosmetic materials, and procedures, all to provide you with the best dental care possible.

What payment options do you provide?

Patients can pay by cash, check and all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and debit cards. We also have a dental patient financing program to help patients extend payments when necessary.

How can I safely whiten my teeth? 

Most whitening methods are considered safe today, especially if performed under the supervision of a dentist. We offer two options for dental whitening.  We are one of just a few dental practices in Santa Rosa who offer a unique system to whiten teeth called BriteSmile. Our in-office procedure works fast and provides dramatic results.  We also can create custom made bleaching trays for you to take home and use.  These trays come complete with bleaching gel to help you get a great result in the comfort of your own home.  If you feel embarrassed about the color of your teeth, it is time to talk about our whitening procedure.
