Exceeded my expectations

You guys are the best, and I've come to expect great service from you...All staff are wonderful. I've been with you since the Dr. Lloyd days, and Justin picked up where he ended. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Justin Phillips Dental is THE place to go for excellent dental care! The office staff are professional, polite, friendly and accommodating. The dental hygienists do a completely thorough job, both cleaning teeth, and educating you about what is going on with your teeth, and how to care for them. Dr. Phillips is gentle, thorough, and meticulous. I am almost 60 years old, and this is, by far, the BEST dental care I have ever had. This office sets the standard for how any professional office should be run.

I can always count on a relaxing and positive visit when I have an appointment. Whether my visit is for a routine cleaning or further work is required, the staff creates an environment that is professional and comfortable. My mind is always put at ease knowing Dr. Phillips is using state of the art equipment, he is always keeping up to date with current dental practices and he strives to achieve the absolute best outcome for me when a procedure is needed.

Re my teeth-cleaning... (don't remember names though I wish I could) The first hygienist to work on me, I thought, was EXCELLENT in every way... Absolutely painless with the shots, thorough with the cleaning, accommodating in every professional way, friendly with a comforting and pleasing manner, and (not being sexist, simply paying a compliment as I appreciate the aesthetics in all things, from guns to cars to people) in addition, beautiful. To top off my experience with your services, the second hygienist I saw yesterday should be the first's twin. One couldn't ask for a more friendly, comfortable, reassuring and relaxing environment, from your front desk to the 'back room' where the serious work gets done (I'm assuming that's where I met the Doc). We're off to a good start, now for my retraining!!;^) I should take care of me half as well as you do. My thanks, already, and looking forward to more of the same. This is a world apart from my prior two dentist experiences. Thank you.
