In 1967, Dr. Lloyd Phillips began serving the people of Santa Rosa with quality dental care. Two years after dental school, in 1998, Dr. Justin Phillips bought his father’s practice with his father continuing on as an associate until his retirement in 2004. We have a continuing tradition of professional treatments and a friendly atmosphere that always makes our patients smile!
